Framework under design
Impact framework

Impact-ready, not impact-claimed.

FIAD prepares a measurement framework to monitor, document and improve the impact of its future programs from launch. Our public commitment: do not communicate impact figures until they are rigorously documented.

Measurement principles

Four principles before any impact claim.

No promise without an indicator

Each program first defines what it aims to transform and how this transformation will be measured.

No result without a baseline

Collect the starting situation before intervention, to measure real change rather than imagined effect.

No communication without evidence

No impact statistic is published until verified by our M&E framework and, eventually, by an external evaluator.

No measurement without learning

Indicators serve to improve, not to decorate. Our learnings feed subsequent iterations.

Impact readiness

Status of each measurement brick.
