FIAD respects the privacy of every person who reaches out during the formation phase. This page describes what we collect, why and for how long.
What we collect
Only data you provide via our contact form: name, organisation, email, phone (optional), country and your message. No tracking cookies, no advertising tools, no third-party tracking.
Why we collect it
To respond to your message, qualify the inquiry and follow up appropriately within FIAD's formation priorities.
How long we keep it
Until the dialogue is closed or you request deletion, with a maximum of 36 months. After that period, data is either anonymised for institutional history or deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to contact@fiad-ci.org.
A full data protection policy aligned with the African Union Convention on Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection (Malabo Convention) will be published with FIAD's official registration.
